Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently
state-of-the-art cryptographic technologies.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. The payment card data is not available to our system for a single moment.


Delivery of goods on the territory of Serbia is carried out by courier services.

The goods are sent 2-3 days after the order is placed if the payment is made by cash on delivery. In the case of payment by payment card, the goods are sent no later than 24 hours after the recorded payment. The delivery time depends on the courier service and Olnat doo cannot be held responsible for possible delays. Delivery is not made on weekends and public holidays. The most common delivery time on the territory of Serbia is three days from the delivery, i.e. from the recorded payment.

Delivery costs for Serbia are 400 rsd for all orders up to 4,000 rsd.

Delivery costs for orders over 4,000 rsd are not charged.

For international orders, payment is exclusively by payment card and the delivery price is calculated at the end of the ordering process, depending on the weight of the shipment and the place of delivery. Delivery abroad is made through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia. The buyer is responsible for any possible customs duties or other claims in the country of delivery. International shipments have a longer delivery time that depends on country by country, customs and local delivery conditions.


In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, AllNut is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user’s account at the seller’s request.

It is prohibited to post or transmit to or from the Site any illegal, threatening, defamatory, humiliating, obscene, pornographic or other materials that violate any laws.


Claims for damage during transport

It is very important that you immediately report any damage during transport, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for the receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.

Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods

If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please send an e-mail no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment. – email with your information (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail and describe what kind of problem you have. As soon as possible, we will respond to the consumer’s reported complaint and inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 15 days from the moment it is reported.

Statement of Conversion

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
